ACT addresses questions and clarifications on different situations like:

  • employment contracts - termination of employment, remuneration, overdue wages;
  • absences, vacations, holidays;
  • work schedule;
  • exemption from working hours;
  • part-time work;
  • night work;
  • shift work;
  • extra work;
  • parenting;
  • inspection of working conditions, health and hygiene in the workplace
  • among others.

How to request information to the Authority for the Work Conditions (ACT)?

  • Fill out and submit the form, available on the ACT website based on your situation.
  • You will receive the answer to your question at the email address you provided.

On the location
  • In order to be attended, the booking on the SIGA Platform is mandatory.
  • Go to one of ACT's decentralized services addresses. In the list you will find the schedules for each of the services and the instructions to follow if you prefer to make an appointment to be attended.
